COOK – CHAR CHICK

Char Chick is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Requirements
Previous kitchen or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
Prepare and cook menu items according to Char Chick recipes and standards
Safely operate grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
Follow food-safety, sanitation and proper food-handling procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with food preparation, receiving deliveries and restocking
Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Must be punctual, dependable and able to work well as part of a team
Ontario Food Handler Certificate is preferred

Compensation: Minimum wage or more depending on experience Position: Full-time or part time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
