Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, counter, and customer area.
Follow Karam Cafe recipes and presentation standards.
Restock cups, milk, syrups, coffee beans, food items, and other supplies.
Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies are running low.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Clean equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and work surfaces.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with other team members during busy periods.
Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.

Requirements




Previous barista or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
Friendly, reliable, punctual, and professional.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn Karam Cafe's drinks, recipes, and procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular cleaning and stocking duties.
Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on scheduling needs.

What We Look For We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, customer-focused, and willing to grow with the Karam Cafe team. Experience is an advantage, but a valuable attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
