Client Care Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compassion and care when working with customers & other team members
Ability to multi task and time-manage
Ability to efficiently organize your work and set priorities

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and connect with customers by offering assistance, sharing product suggestions and additional store-related information
Perform administrative duties such as booking appointments, inventory ordering and shipping and receiving
Answer customer inquiries and process orders
Managing Shopify website orders
