The Client Care Specialist role is the primary contact point for addressing customer questions, requests, issues and complaints. Fit Kitchen is an online business and thus this role is essential in making it easy for potential customers to start an account and order in addition to keeping existing customers happy. This position is for weekends!

The applicant must have at least two years in a customer service and/or sales role. In addition the applicant must live and embody a passion for health and wellness through activity and diet. Solid interpersonal and communication skills are also critical.
