Kings Cleaners Inc, a commercial cleaning company in Kitchener is looking for a Cold Caller/Sales Representative. This role focuses on lead generation and high-volume outbound calls to bring in clients. If you're a goal-oriented skilled with a passion for sales and business growth, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume B2B outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
Identify decision-makers and develop relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility coordinators
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for in-person meetings
Present and promote our cleaning services with confidence and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales activity in CRM software
Follow up with prospects through email and phone communications
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs




Stay up to date on industry trends and service offerings
Experience using CRM software (Apollo, HubSpot, etc)
Solid communication skills and negotiating skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven and able to work independently

Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma
Experience as a cold caller, business development or sales development representative
Experience in B2B Services, commercial services or cleaning industry is a plus

Job Type: Full time, In Person Pay: $18.50 per hour
