The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with meal preparation during busy periods to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep/dish areas
Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure quality
Support team members in delivering an excellent food service experience




Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the management team

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and meal preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Robust communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
Basic understanding of the food industry standards and practices
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team
