Duties
Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards
Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant team members




Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are consistently maintained

Skills
Prior custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
Reliable with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety
