Key Responsibilities
Welcome and direct customers/visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Process invoices and payments efficiently
Page in-house personnel as needed
Maintain accurate records and handle filing duties
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Keep the customer lounge welcoming and comfortable
Assist with seasonal and monthly tasks as required

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience or education in the automotive industry is an asset
