Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software, including cleardent, or similar software and CAD systems.

The Associate

Dentist will play a vital role in maintaining the practice’s standards of excellence and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures such as examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, and crowns with precision and care
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their needs
Utilize dental software such as cleardent or similar for charting, scheduling, and documentation
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth practice operations
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options




Stay current with advancements in dental technology including CAD systems for restorative procedures
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid state dental license in good standing
Experience with dental office management software such as Cleardent or similar
Proficiency in CAD technology for restorative work is preferred
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is desirable
Good experience with emergency pts
Solid knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $100,879.40-$412,479.77 per year
