We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee snow removal and lawn care operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
Supervise a small crew for on site snow removal of sidewalks and driveways
Lead and motivate crew members, providing clear instructions and support to maximize productivity.
Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
Oversee the proper use of equipment, including landscaping tools, snow plows, and irrigation systems.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of job progress, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Requirements
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related construction fields.
Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in outdoor service environments.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and horticultural practices.
Strong understanding of landscape construction and maintenance processes.
Ability to lead a team efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
