Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise, including technical features when applicable
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales opportunities




Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to enhance their purchase experience
Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or store services while maintaining courteous communication

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Experience in retail sales or technology sales, with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers confidently and clearly
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and patience in busy environments
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth flow during peak hours
Phone etiquette proficiency for qualified remote communication and inquiries

Pay: $21.40-$23.58 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
