Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
Assist with food preparation, including handling snacks, pastries, and light meals in accordance with food safety standards.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, seating area, and workstations to ensure a hygienic setting.
Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and accommodating special requests.
Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, basic math calculations,



and balancing tills at shift end.
Support team members with general duties such as serving customers, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
Solid customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for cash transactions.
Experience in serving or cashiering roles within the food industry will help you excel in this position.
