Duties
Safely operate Class AZ commercial trucks on cross-border routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
Manage freight loading and unloading processes, utilizing forklift skills when necessary to handle cargo efficiently
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal safety and performance
Coordinate with dispatchers to plan routes, optimize delivery schedules, and communicate any delays or issues promptly
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain vehicle readiness during trips
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts for cargo handling at terminals or warehouses
Ensure all freight is secured properly for transit,



preventing damage or loss during transport

Skills
Valid Class AZ commercial driver’s license with proven experience of one year in long-haul cross-border routes
Should be above 23 years of age.
Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
Proficiency in forklift operation for loading/unloading freight safely and efficiently
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot vehicle issues on the road
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to cargo management
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers, border officials, and clients
Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance at all times
Clean driving record.
