Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays to attract customer attention
Offer excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information about products, and resolving issues promptly
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor




Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless store operations and uphold phone etiquette when assisting remote or phone inquiries

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to connect with a diverse customer base are highly valued
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits confidently during product demos or upselling opportunities
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and giving correct change
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as merchandising, checkout processes, and customer interactions simultaneously
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques is advantageous
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive relationships with shoppers
