Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them select suitable cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, dosage guidelines, and legal regulations to promote safe use
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product inventory using computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
Upsell complementary products and merchandise to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue




Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to age verification, product labeling, and security protocols
Keep the dispensary organized through merchandising, filing, stock replenishment, and cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment

Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or hospitality environments with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills to effectively educate customers and collaborate with team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or supplies safely and efficiently
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, basic math skills for transactions, and computer operation
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, filing, and time management
Knowledge of cannabis products/ experience in the cannabis industry.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
