The firm emphasizes integrity, transparency, and timely execution.The RoleThe Office Manager is a full-time role in our Vancouver office, reporting to the partners. We are a small office of four people, so you will work directly with the partners day to day and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and counterparties, setting the tone for how the firm presents itself. You will keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain a skilled, efficient, and well‐organized environment in a fast‐paced investment setting. This position is fully in‐office; remote and hybridwork are not available.What you will doOversee daily office operations and administrationManage reception, greet visitors, and provide courteous, responsive service to clients, guests,
and the teamCoordinate schedules and meetings and support the partners with administrative tasksBook and manage travel arrangements for the partners, including flights, accommodation, and itinerariesMaintain office supplies and equipment and liaise with vendors and service providersOrganize company documents and recordsAssist with basic bookkeeping and expense reportingPlan and coordinate internal events and meetingsWhat you bringAt least two years of experience in office management, administration, or operations, ideally in financial or professional servicesA polished, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills suited to a client‐facing roleExcellent written and spoken EnglishExcellent organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervisionStrong comfort with workplace technology: Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms, printers, phone systems, and basic troubleshootingA proactive, solutions‐focused approach to problemsA high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential informationA degree or diploma from an accredited post‐secondary institution in business administration or a related field is an asset; for credentials earned outside Canada, please include a Canadian equivalency evaluation from a recognized service such as World Education Services or the International Credential Evaluation ServiceCompensation and detailsAnnual salary: $60,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualificationsFull‐time, Monday to Friday, in our Vancouver, British Columbia officeThis is an in‐person role; remote and hybridarrangements are not available
