Our Estimators are involved in researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. They are responsible for estimating a variety of commercial and light industrial projects with a direct contribution to cost management and budgeting for various high-level projects.ResponsibilitiesReview and develop discipline and multi-discipline material and quantity takeoffsEvaluate and develop construction rates, subcontract cost estimates, and proposalsPerform productivity analyses of cost estimates, including comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projectsReview designs and specifications for cost-effectiveness, and provide recommendations for alternatives where applicableResearch, source, negotiate, and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractorsSupply necessary sub-trades and suppliers with required drawings and dataField construction-related questions from sub-trades and suppliersAssist in completing preliminary (high-level) construction schedulesWork closely with the Operations and Development teams to prepare,
