The mission of this role is to support the Campus Director in driving team member happiness and keeping the campus functioning optimally.As Campus Manager, You Will…Promote IntouchCX’s culture and evaluate how local teams are exemplifying our corporate values (Our 10 Things)Keep a pulse on operational and cultural key performance indicators, streamlining communication to local leaders through weekly meetingsPartner with the Campus Director to identify priority projects for the campus and track action item progressAlert leaders of changes and opportunities within principal KPIs and create collaborative solutionsManage the local Facilities and Employee Experience teams in collaboration with global department leadersSupport Operations leaders and internal partners by providing solutions to their priorities and servicesRespond to campus emergencies and urgent issues as they ariseDirect, coordinate and plan essential needs such as reception, security, maintenance, mail/deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recyclingProject manage contractors and campus buildouts,



including plan utilization of space and resourcesPrepare requests for proposal and compare equipment and services requestsEscalate campus issues to respective leaders and collaborate on solutionsSupport roll-out of recent programs and processesObsess about client-partner visits by ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standardsEnsure the campus meets our standards in regards to brand standards, aesthetics and securityAs Campus Manager, You Have…Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)Minimum 3+ years of Supervisor and Project Management experienceProficient experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that fosters strong and lasting relationshipsAn eye for detail with creative problem-solving and project management skillsThe ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients and customersThe ability to implement change and innovationExcellent organizational and time management skillsThe ability to work with basic mathematical conceptsIntouchCX provides Equal Employment Opportunities in accordance with all provincial and federal laws.
