Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the worldWho are you?We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bilingual (English & French), Manager - FAR (CPA) to join our team in Toronto, Canada office.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to Finance Controller.ResponsibilitiesLead in overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functionsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Canadian GAAP and IFRSExperience in Revenue recognition and Project Accounting and related compliancesOversee cash flow management, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resourcesImplement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets (SOX)Collaborating with external vendors around Payroll,



Travel and ExpensesCollaborate with bank around automation of reportsCollaborate with external auditors and manage the annual audit processEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax lawsSupports the Finance controller in driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems that directly are linked with the financial systemsSupports the Finance controller in governance, policy implementation and procedures to support the company's growth objectivesQualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designationProficient in speaking French and English.Both languages will be assessed during interview.Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience in a finance manager role (2+ years)Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP (ASPE), US GAAP, IFRSStrong knowledge around Canadian tax laws and regulations (including Quebec)Expertise in financial accounting, reporting and compliancesProficiency in financial analysis and modelingAdvanced skills in internal controls and risk management (SOX)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in a private corporation workplace preferredNice to HavePrior Construction, Project & Program management industrial experienceExperience with Microsoft D365 Accounting SoftwareOperational awareness about Power BI, Ms.



Copilot and other interactive AI tools.Additional InformationThe base salary range for this full-time role is$90,000.00 - $120,000.00per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
