Cabinet Assembler – Full Time

We are seeking a beginner assembler no experience required. This is an excellent prospect for an experienced professional looking for long-term stability in a up-to-date, growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Cabinet Assembly & Fabrication: Build high-quality cabinetry from cut components, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship. with the ability to use the table saw to cut and fabricate custom parts
Component Preparation: Interpret shop drawings, verify materials, and prepare parts for assembly.
Hardware & Fitting: Install hinges, drawer systems, and custom hardware for highend orders. accuratly mark out and mount drawer fronts and doors
Machine Interaction: Work alongside CNC-produced components, including scanning and preparing parts for dowel insertion and final assembly.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Maintain Work Area: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and protected to support productive production.

Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation:
Pay Scale: Competitive,



performance-based compensation scaled according to skill level, efficiency, and productivity. you can see raises as early as one month should you qualify

Qualifications:
Previous cabinet-making experience required.
Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, organized, and professional on the shop floor.
