Woodland Manufacturing is looking for a dependable Assembly Worker to join our Production team.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, this position is responsible for assembling wood products and preparing components for finished goods while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

This is a hands on position in a rapid paced manufacturing workplace. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is preferred

Duties
Assemble wood products and prepare components for finished goods
Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely
Read work orders and measure components accurately
Check materials and completed work for quality
Report defects, missing materials, or production concerns to the Assembly Supervisor
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow workplace safety procedures and assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications
Previous assembly, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is an asset
Able to accurately read a tape measure and understand metric and imperial measurements




Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production workplace
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn new equipment, processes, and skills
Able to safely lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
