Duties
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and balance evaluations using advanced audiological equipment
Diagnose hearing impairments, auditory processing disorders, and balance issues with precision and clarity
Develop personalized treatment plans, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and recommending therapy options
Educate patients and their families about hearing health, device usage, maintenance, and preventive care
Collaborate with ENT specialists, physicians,



and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with healthcare regulations
Stay current with the latest advancements in audiology practices and technology to ensure the highest standard of care

Skills
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to audiology and healthcare
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex information to patients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to operate and troubleshoot sophisticated audiological testing equipment
Compassionate approach with a dedication to improving patient outcomes
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $65,703.31-$109,893.51 per year
