We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a solid mix of technical and functional expertise to join a leading banking client.
Key Requirements:
Banking domain experience.
FCRM / AML / KYC experience
Robust Data Profiling experience
Expertise in Source-To-Target Mapping (STTM)
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Ability to perform QA/Testing activities and validate data solutions
Robust stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
Experience working across business, data, and technology teams
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business and data requirements
Perform data profiling and source system analysis
Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documents
Work closely with data engineering teams on Databricks-based solutions
Execute QA/UAT testing and validate data quality
Support delivery of regulatory and financial crime initiatives
