Skills
5+ years of exp. working as BA/BSA with 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring or supporting NICE Actimize workflows.
Should have working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements.
Understanding of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) processes and requirements
Experience writing business requirements, functional specs, and workflow documentation
Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools for investigating alerts and system behavior
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
