Oversee the application and maintenance of compensation programs
Conduct market analysis to inform pay structure recommendations




Evaluate job descriptions for classification and exemption status
Assist in annual budget tracking and incentive administration
Regularly audit compensation data for accuracy Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in compensation
Direct experience in compensation analysis and market pricing
Familiarity with wage laws and compliance regulations
Expertise in Excel for data analysis
