Take part in managing the IPP AP Process
Assist with system development and testing as required
Engage with the property management team to track invoices
Oversee coding and approval for external invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and review AP aging reports Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
Real estate background is beneficial
Familiarity with Yardi 7S is advantageous
