Duties
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure data integrity and compliance
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
Support budgeting activities by providing accurate financial data and reports

Skills




Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and account reconciliation tasks
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
