Responsibilities
Process and verify all incoming invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with precision using accounting software.
Process weekly payment run.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts payable and related ledger entries.
Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records for accounts payable and other financial transactions.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Assist with month-end closing activities
Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Sales invoicing (interim)
Main point of contact for walk in traffic and phones (interim)

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.




Robust data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all financial records.
Experience with accounts payable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
Ability to prioritize a tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures is a plus for supporting broader finance functions.
Excellent analysis skills to identify discrepancies or anomalies in financial data swiftly.
Ability to adapt quickly to recent accounting tools and systems.
Willingness to cross train in other areas of accounting as needed.
