Pay: CA$18.00–CA$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a motivated Carpenters Helper to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
Assist with recent residential construction and renovation projects
Perform quality work efficiently and safely
Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment properly
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Arrive at the job site on time, prepared, and ready to work
Work independently as well as part of a team

Qualifications

Required:
Basic carpentry knowledge and experience
Experience safely operating hand and power tools
Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to read, write,



and communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills
Reliable transportation to various job sites
Hard hat, steel toed boots, basic carpentry tools (pouch, measuring tape, hammer, speed square, etc.)
Robust work ethic and willingness to learn

Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of carpentry or construction experience

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work from ladders and at heights
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform other physical construction tasks
Maintain positive stamina, hand-eye coordination, and vision throughout the workday

Compensation: CA$18.00–CA$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
