We are a family-operated poultry farm in Mission, BC looking for a reliable, hardworking and committed Farm Worker to join our team on a long-term basis.

Requirements
Must currently live in British Columbia, Canada
Must be able to start immediately
Must be willing and able to relocate to Mission, BC, if not already living nearby
Valid driver's licence is strongly preferred
Must have reliable transportation to and from the farm
Must be available for a adaptable farm schedule, including weekends
Must be reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
Hardworking with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be physically capable of performing regular farm duties, including standing, walking, lifting, cleaning and repetitive tasks
Must be comfortable working around poultry
Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Experience

No previous poultry or farm experience is required. Full training will be provided. We are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, willing to learn and serious about long-term employment.

Duties
Feeding and monitoring poultry




Checking water and equipment
Egg collection and packing
Cleaning and maintaining poultry areas
Moving supplies and farm materials
Monitoring general bird welfare
General farm and barn duties as required

Key

Our farm operates 7 days a week, so applicants must have good schedule flexibility and be available for weekend work. This is a permanent, long-term position, not a seasonal job.

LMIA support is available for a suitable candidate who is currently in Canada.
