Duties
Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked
Serve breakfast items to guests with friendly, attentive customer service
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, counters, and food prep zones
Handle food safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and hotel standards
Restock supplies and assist in food preparation as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and service areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards
Engage with guests courteously,

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; hospitality experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
Experience using POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
