Conduct resident care assessments and documentation
Implement individual care plans and monitor progress
Administer treatments and medications according to regulations
Coordinate with care teams and families for optimal service
Provide direction to unregulated care providers Requirements:
Current LPN registration in Alberta
Experience in gerontology or complex care preferred
Solid clinical and coordinating skills required
CPR and First Aid certifications needed
