We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming blueprints and schematics into expertly crafted structures and installations. Duties
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, drywall, siding, and other building materials with precision
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks
Perform concrete forming and finishing to create durable foundations and structures
Conduct restoration work, including repairing existing structures and surfaces to restore their original condition
Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as needed for large-scale projects
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

Skills




Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
Extensive experience with drywall installation, concrete forming, siding, and woodworking
Robust knowledge of construction processes, carpentry techniques, and heavy equipment operation
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety protocols
Experience in concrete finishing and welding is a plus for specialized tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working in various weather conditions
