Responsibilities
Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools
Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure accurate project execution
Carry out heavy lifting duties safely to move materials and equipment around job sites




Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling

Requirements
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Previous construction experience or handyman skills are a plus
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to different project requirements
