We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic and a passion for construction, with experience in various carpentry tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects, including roof restoration, installation of fixtures, and general labor tasks. A commitment to quality workmanship and safety is essential.

Duties
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and installation of structures and fixtures.
Restore and repair existing structures to maintain integrity and aesthetics.
Lay tile in various settings, ensuring proper alignment and adherence.
Use power tools effectively and safely to complete tasks efficiently.
Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
Participate in construction estimating to assist in project planning.

Qualifications




Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction field.
Knowledge of caulking methods and materials is an asset.
Proficiency in tile laying with attention to detail is desirable.
Strong skills in using power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
