Design and develop programs for Independent and Assisted Living
Implement continuing education for staff development
Supervise and support Resident Care Partners

Ensure accurate resident documentation and reporting Requirements:
Diploma in social services, healthcare, or a related field
Minimum three years’ experience in dementia care
First Aid and CPR certification required
Strong organization and conflict resolution skills
