Fine Dining Bartender / Server – TOMO Restaurant

TOMO Restaurant is currently hiring one experienced bartender to join our team.

This is primarily a bartending position, but we are specifically looking for someone who can both bartend and provide full table service. Having the ability to work in both roles allows us to offer you consistent hours and shifts.

We are looking for someone with robust cocktail knowledge, fine dining experience, and a solid understanding of elevated hospitality standards.

Requirements

*MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS
Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience
Confident preparing classic and our signature cocktails
Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant serving experience
Strong knowledge of proper wine service, including presenting, opening, and pouring wine
Must be comfortable both bartending and serving
Must be available Sundays




Evening and weekend availability required
Skilled, polished, and guest-focused
Mature, punctual, dependable, and reliable
Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Ideal Candidate

You are a bartender first, but also a solid server.

You understand cocktail preparation, bar organization, timing, table awareness, guest etiquette, and elevated service standards. You can confidently manage the bar while transitioning to the dining room and providing polished table service when needed.

You take pride in hospitality, communicate well with the team, and maintain a professional presence throughout service.

One position available.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
