Director of Operations, Montessori Training Centre of British Columbia MTCBC is a registered Canadian not-for-profit charitable organization committed to advancing Montessori education. MTCBC is seeking a Director of Operations to provide direction, coordination, and accountability to the administrative team while focusing on the Centre's organizational development and operations.
AMI Certification and University degree preferred with a deep understanding of Montessori principles
Demonstrated leadership and management experience
Based in Vancouver, with a hybrid work arrangement and regular in office presence in collaboration with MTCBC staff, approx. 20 hours per week
