We are seeking a friendly and efficient Drive Thru Cashiers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Process transactions quickly and accurately using the cash register.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in product demonstrations and provide information about promotions or sales.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.
Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges,



and customer service standards.

Experience
Previous experience in Drive Thru window and customer service is required.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
Fluent English speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
Familiarity with phone etiquette is a plus, as you may be required to assist customers over the phone.
