Due to solid growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Northland Floral is looking for a Inside Sales Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities
Provide inside sales and service support to assigned customers with product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling
Manage inbound customer inquiries, identify opportunities, and make calls to grow existing accounts, develop leads and earn expanded business.
Accurately enter, review, and maintain high volumes of customer orders, account information, and delivery timelines, resolving any discrepancies before processing
Support Key Account Manager with account administration, order management, and follow-up on resolution of customer requests

Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, account support, sales administration, or a similar customer-facing role




Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large volume of transactions, requests, and competing priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and platforms.
Experience in mass-market retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), floral, grocery, or a related industry is an asse

Salary: $48 000 - $52 000
