Responsibilities:
We are looking to fill a full-time position for Toronto to Ottawa/ Montreal lane
Safely operate a commercial car carrier to transport vehicles to and from specified destinations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in valuable working condition
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving the truck
Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, transportation, and delivery protocols

Qualifications:
Valid commercial driver's license (AZ) with a clean CVOR abstract or no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years
3+ years of verifiable experience in commercial (AZ) driving (1 year car carrier preferred)
Ability to pass random drug tests
Pass criminal background check
Knowledge of truck repair and preventative maintenance procedures is a plus




Ability to operate manual, 13 speed transmission is a plus (automatic also available)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Physical stamina and strength to safely load, secure and unload vehicles as needed
