We are looking to hire a Refrigeration Journeyman to join our rapidly expanding heat pump division!
Duties:
Install, troubleshoot and repair central and mini-split heat pump systems
Upload notes to customer management software
Communicate with office staff to effectively coordinate HVAC installation and service
Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time
Qualifications and Skills
Red Seal Refrigeration Certificate required
Heat pump installation experience is an asset but not required
Basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided)
Ambitious and self-starting
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Friendly and able to provide a positive customer experience
Punctual and keen to learn
