Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality pizza dough from scratch, ensuring consistency and proper texture for each batch
Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including ingredient measurement, topping assembly, and portion control
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, maintaining optimal cooking times and temperatures
Maintain strict food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Assist with general food service duties such as serving customers, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared pizzas




Support meal preparation efforts for the kitchen team by organizing ingredients and maintaining a clean work environment
Follow all restaurant policies related to food industry regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace at all times

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with pizza or similar cuisine
Robust knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with serving customers and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of the food industry’s best practices for quality control and safety compliance
