Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Assist customers with order processing, account updates, and troubleshooting issues
Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
Maintain detailed records of interactions through data entry systems
Analyze customer feedback and common issues to suggest improvements
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times




Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to perform analysis skills for problem-solving and process improvement
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Bilingual candidates will have an advantage in serving diverse customer bases
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment

Pay: $19.25 per hour
