Duties
Set up and operate embroidery machines to create intricate designs on various fabrics and materials
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed
Prepare embroidery designs using specialized software and load them into machines efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth production flow
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance
Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reordering materials when necessary




Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and colleagues

Skills
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in stitching and design accuracy
Ability to operate embroidery machinery confidently and troubleshoot common technical issues
Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of fabric types, textiles, and embroidery techniques
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
