Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and feeding
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
Follow infection prevention and control (IPAC) practices
Assist with resident comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
