Administrative Assistant – Therapy Practice & Real Estate

Part-Time | Hybrid | London, OntarioTuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM | 16 hours/week$22/hour + 6% vacation pay

We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive assistant to support two busy professionals — a growing psychotherapy practice and a real estate business.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys organization, communicating with people, keeping things running smoothly, and taking initiative. The position is hybrid, with a combination of in-office and work from home.

For Middlesex Therapy Centre, you’ll help with:
Responding to client emails, calls, and inquiries
Scheduling, cancellations, waitlists, and general client care
Direct billing and basic administrative tasks
Supporting social media and marketing
Keeping the practice organized and running smoothly
Working within Jane — previous Jane experience is required

For the real estate business, you’ll help with:
Client communication and follow-up
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars




Preparing and organizing listing/transaction materials
Updating databases/CRM and keeping client information organized
Social media and basic marketing support
General administrative tasks and helping keep deals and deadlines organized

We’re looking for someone who is: Organized, reliable, warm, professional, comfortable with technology, and able to manage tasks independently. Solid communication skills and attention to detail are important. Experience with Jane is required. Experience with real estate administration, direct billing, social media, or marketing is an asset.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
