Job Summary

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Construct, install, repair, and restore structures such as walls, siding, concrete forms, and frameworks using hand tools and power tools
Assist with other scopes of work where additional help is required
Assist with woodworking projects, including framing and custom carpentry tasks
New home construction, renovations, ICF construction, Siding, windows & doors
Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices




Follow safety protocols during all phases of construction work to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration procedures
Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or excavators is preferred
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or working at heights
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully

Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
