We're on the lookout for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to train AI systems at Alignerr. Work remotely and flexibly while contributing to meaningful advancements in AI compliance and risk understanding. This role requires experienced GRC specialists with at least two years in compliance or risk management.

You will assess security policies, evaluate compliance across frameworks like NIST and SOC 2, and generate AI training data. Your analysis will directly shape AI's proficiency in understanding security and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Review security policies for correctness and completeness
Classify compliance scenarios based on essential frameworks
Assess risk and control mappings for accuracy
Generate data to improve AI reasoning capabilities
Spot errors or ambiguities in AI-generated content Requirements:
