Duties
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention
Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to tire service, including valve replacements and TPMS Services
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance recommendations, and answer questions about vehicle care
Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently during service procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times




Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems, tires, and basic repairs is essential
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment is a strong plus
Customer service experience demonstrating transparent communication and professionalism
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling tires or related equipment
Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and sales processes is advantageous
A proactive attitude towards learning recent skills and maintaining high standards of quality work

Pay: $17.00-$35.00 per hour
